Randy Gunlock on behalf of the owners of Austin Landing announced that VisCap Development, led by Larry B. Dillin, will take over development, leasing and management of Austin Landing, effective January 1, 2016. Austin Landing is a 167-acre mixed use development located at the northern edge of the rapidly growing Cincinnati-Dayton I-75 corridor. The project, encompassing the north and south sides of Austin Blvd, is owned by Randy Gunlock and a private investment fund.
